I'm looking to go much larger with custom sils and would love your expertise of the subject matter and also looking for a top notch surgeon, preferably in CA.
What is the process and the best way to approach the ps with this request?
The cost
Time spand, etc...

Mentor HP 800cc Sils; overs
Currently 32G (UK)
rc 28.5
5'3"

Hon, I know they can order these implants from then manufacturer, but since they are custom made it might take a couple of months. My sister is getting 850ccs. silicone - customed ordered. About who does this, I know my PS does this, as well as a few others - like I said in that other post, Dr. Pousti, etc.

Is it true it can't be deliver to US?
If you don't mind sharing the cost info, please...
Do I have to order three and one for backup?
Which manu and are the specs are custom as well?

hon - you're in cali - the capital of plastic surgery city. why not call your PS (or one of the others that bailey mentioned to you) and arrange for a consult? i know you're dying for some answers, but sometimes it's the docs that are the ones who can best answer all your questions and concerns

To be honest hon, I do not know if this can be done.
I know the PS has some clout, but how much with size.....I honestly do not know.

I would start calling around. See what you can find out.

Thanks, hun. I've also heard of him from another BIG girl and will most likely will be considering him as well too. Due to the added expenses for trips going to my current ps in So Cal, we're starting out locally first this time around.

Just a week away from my consult. Can't wait to get the scoop of his process and also to have a nice quick get away. We'll probably arrived late Sunday evening and have nice dinner. Will have a night out on the town and champagne brunch before my appt on Mon.

It seems like many ps are having difficulties acquiring the custom sils. I just touch-based with my ps office about the custom sils. He will do them only, if it's medically needed. hmmm...

I'll keep you posted...

I'd like to know too about these medical reasons....Did he elaborate any further?
