I won't be doin any handstand I don't think. Or one leg squats for a few months.

Took me an hour - its tough but once you get started and your endorphins kick in it feels just great

This one has lots of leg, butt and core work in it.

I do believe that is why I love to jog--I tune out the world and my results are a butt load of endorphins. I really get a high from it-always feel better

I am exercising but no wall climbing for me. Or 1 leg squatts you go girl!!! I am tooo out of shape for that stuff at least for now.

I tried this today - I remember doing this as a kid. I can't believe I did it, its tough, but so cool. Look and try it and let me know :biggrin:
