Maybe my breast didnt swell up because of exercising it then because it never did hurt.. like u said u listen to your body and if it hurts you stop. Mine didnt hurt :S the ps told me it could be the early stages of cc or seroma anyway.

In terms of weight for my chest I don't do no more than 5 pound weights, espeacilly if I'm concentrating on my chest. When I do arm exercises I can do more weights. I do find that sometimes my breast get swollen afterward even my tummy. I do enjoy them on the resistance ball. I listen to my body and if it hurts I stop. I would check different workouts for different muscles and right down what you would like to see change on your body. I believe everyone can benefit from exercise. HTH. PS Congrats!!!
